GOURI — fully dissolved polycaprolactone (PCL) injectable for full-face lifting and biostimulation

Bioregeneration of the future. Alongside hyaluronic acid and PLLA, polycaprolactone (PCL) is the best-known substance for facial volumisation. Unlike hyaluronic acid, the polycaprolactone contained in GOURI remains active for a particularly long time — up to 12 months.

How does GOURI work?

After injection the PCL spreads very easily on its own within the tissue. GOURI therefore only needs to be injected at a few points and gently massaged. GOURI fills in wrinkles and builds soft, natural volume across the whole face. Above all, however, it is intended as an anti-ageing filler that — thanks to its special dual action — makes the entire face appear firmer and younger over the long term.

What makes GOURI special

Alongside the firming result, the injection stimulates the body's own collagen synthesis in the cells, leading to a lasting and natural rejuvenation of the face. Even after the body has broken down the PCL, this firming effect is still visible. GOURI-PCL therefore not only works preventively but also visibly slows skin ageing.

How is GOURI used?

GOURI is suitable for use on the face, neck and hands. Indication areas:

Treatment protocol

GOURI requires only 2 injection points per facial half to give the patient a marked lifting effect:

• Injection into the deep dermis
• Linear injection technique
• 0.33 ml per injection
• No need to mould the injected filler under the skin
• Point 1: at an angle of 25°, approximately 3.5 cm from the corner of the eye
• Point 2: above the end of the eyebrows

Recommended treatment cycle: one treatment, followed by 1–2 optional treatments at intervals of 4–6 weeks in severe cases. The application protocol includes various techniques, among them one- or two-point injection, a full-face lifting protocol, applications for hand and neck rejuvenation, a method for tightening the double chin, a multi-needle protocol, a needle-free procedure and an intradermal injection protocol.
