RETURN POLICY AT ANNA'S COSMETICS
Anna’s Cosmetics accept any products returned within 7 days notification from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
- The product is faulty;
- The product was damaged upon arrival;
- I, Anna, sent you a wrong product.
If any of the above conditions apply, please contact Anna’s Cosmetics by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling on +1 (626) 578-5197 and I, Anna, will resolve the situation.
In case of returned goods, you (customer) will be offered either replacement or a 100% refund of the products returned. The refund will be processed via the payment method originally used for the purchase.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Please store the products according to manufacturer’s storage condition until you (customer) receive return instructions.
