Restylane galderma products beauty supply store Anna's Cosmetics

Hi everyone! 🤗 After I posted a picture of Juvederm collection in one of the previous posts, I received many inquiries and quite a few orders. This shows me that you do read my posts and possibly even find them useful. And it makes me happy 😊 So, today I’ve decided to turn your attention to another famous and complete collection of dermal fillersRestylane filler.

I would like to begin from pointing out that like Juvederm, there are ten products and two sub-collections within the Restylane range. These are Classic collection and Emervel collection. On the enclosed picture you can see the former one sitting on the top shelf and the latter one on the bottom.

Restylane is manufactured by Galderma, a pharmaceutical company known as the most competent and successful in the field of dermatology. They collaborate with doctors, scientists, research laboratories, institutes who are all committed to the health of the skin – the human body’s largest organ. Galderma’s portfolio of products is very extensive and treats such skin conditions as acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, psoriasis, skin cancer and even skin senescence (loss of skin cell turnover). You all heard about such brands as Tri-Luma, Differin, Retacnyl Tretinoin cream, Cetaphil, Epiduo and of course, Restylane. These are all Galderma brands and Galderma products.

Now, below are a few interesting facts that you may have not known about Restylane:

First, Restylane comes from Sweden. It has been used by dermatologists and plastic surgeons outside the U.S. since 1996

Second, Restylane was the FIRST EVER dermal filler made of Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. “What was before and what does it mean to me?” – you may ask. There were silicon and bovine collagen which weren’t the safest options. The fact that Restylane is of non-animal origin means a much lesser risk of transmitting diseases or of causing allergic reactions in patients who are sensitive to such foods as beef, chicken, and eggs.

Third, Restylane arrived in the U.S. only in 2003. That same year Restylane had become the FIRST EVER hyaluronic acid dermal filler approved by the FDA.

Seventeen years have passed since its approval. Hundreds of dermal filler brands have been brought out onto the world’s medical aesthetic market. Nevertheless, Restylane remains one of the most popular and sought-after fillers. Thanks to its history, thanks to its safety profile and ease of use; and thanks to millions of happy and younger looking patients!

So, although it is very tempting to try something new, I would like to encourage you to always remember about your classics.

Long live the Restylane! 🎆🎊🎉
