You know me as a seller who is always very prompt in shipping your orders. There are two reasons for that:
~ First, because I keep all the products that are marked “In Stock” readily available and in stock.
~ Second, because I treat you the way I want to be treated myself: when I buy something online, I want my order to be shipped ASAP.
It’s a year since the world is in COVID abyss. Up until mid February, the two couriers I work with – TNT and Fedex – had been perfectly reliable, delivering your orders within 48-72 hours from the moment they leave my hands. But the third wave of COVID in conjunction with severe weather conditions have undermined their work. The main transport hubs located in Memphis (TN) and Houston (TX) have been badly affected by snow, power outage and lack of staff. So, some of your packages have been experiencing delays.
I would like to ask you to be patient. I will do all that depends on me to make this period a bit easier. And if your core business are urgent patients, then please think ahead and order the needed products well in advance.
